For over 20 years I facilitate and teach in the field of trauma healing, plant medicine, breathwork and Heartdancing. I bring people together in communities for healing, joy and the connection with themselves, by facilitating retreats, courses and conscious festivals in NL and Portugal. Connection to self, to the heart and through the body. Kundalini, our life energy force can flow, when we open ourselves in several layers. There is not only one way, there are more ways to choose from, which suits you best.
